SS Prasad, principal secretary, Haryana higher education department, was given additional charge of principal secretary, Haryana social justice empowerment and welfare of scheduled castes and backward classes departments, during the leave period of RR Jowel.

Similarly, Anshaj Singh, ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Narnaul, was posted as secretary, Haryana board of school education, Bhiwani, relieving Ashok Kumar Meena of the said charge, the release added.
