Two persons were killed and 14 others injured when the trekker in which they were travelling crashed into a tree at Lagla village in Bokaro district on Tuesday, police said in Bokaro.

While one person died on the spot, another succumbed to his injuries at Bokaro General Hospital, where the injured were admitted to the BGH.
The trekker was going to Jharia from Chandankiari when the mishap took place, the police said.
