The duo, who is yet to be identified, was passing by a private medical college in Khudel area, when a speeding car hit their motorcycle, they said, adding driver of the car fled the spot after the accident and the vehicle is seized.

The victims, in age group of 25 years, were declared brought dead when they were shifted to a local hospital, police added.
