Two persons were killed on Saturday when a truck collided with an auto rickshaw in Vijayawada in the wee hours, police said.

Two persons, including the auto-driver and a passenger, were killed on the spot when the mishap took place at Screw bridge near Benz circle , they said.

The truck rammed the parapet wall of a near by apartment after dragging the auto to a distance, police said.
