Two persons were killed on the spot when a truck and a milk carrying tempo collided on the Nanded-Latur road on Saturday, police said.
The tempo was going towards Ahmednagar from Nanded when it rammed against the truck near Sonkhed village on the road.

The deceased are identified as Ganesh Nanduram Gurgude (25) of Nevase tehsil of Ahmednagar district and Karbhari Changdev Pandit (30) of Rahuri. Pandit was a supervisor of the Maoli milk company, police said.
Deputy SP Sachin Patil visited the road mishap site.
