Two LeT recruits arrested

Two recruits of Lashker-e-Toiba are arrested by the army in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Two recruits of Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) were on Friday arrested by the army in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.

Acting on a tip-off, troops of 10 Rashtriya Rifle launched a search and cordon operation in Nalla area near Doda town and arrested two recruits of LeT outfit, they said.

The arrested recruits have been identified as 18-year-old Khursheed Ahmed and 22-year-old Farooq Ahmed.

The duo have been sent to Joint Interrogation Centre, they said, adding they were recruited by LeT and given training.
