ULFA insurgent nabbed by BSF in Karbi Anglong

An ULFA insurgent with arms has been apprehended by the BSF in central Assam's Karbi Anglong district today.

On specific information the 10 battalion of BSF deployed in Golaghat launched a special operation at Koilamati Tinali of Karbi Anglong, BSF sources said.

The ULFA cadre was nabbed with a 9 mm pistol, a magazine and six rounds of ammunition.

The ultra was handed over to the concerned police station for further action as per law, the sources added.
