"I did not quit BJP. They have expelled me. There is no question of returning to BJP," she told newsmen here while reacting to former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's reported statement that the doors of BJP were still open for her.

Stating that she had selected her own path, the expelled BJP leader said she had tried her level best to raise certain issues and save the party from the problems. "The BJP is spoiled. Its leaders are destroying the party", she added.

"I tried to save the party. Now I am trying to save its ideology through the Bharatiya Janshakti," she added.
