District Magistrate Basti Ramendra Tripathi has been made Mela officer, Allahabad while BL Agarwal and GC Pandey, waiting postings have been made special secretary IT and Joint Director Statistics respectively, they said.

Additional Commissioner Devipatan Ajai Shankar Pandey has been made Secretary, Medical and Healh, sources added.
