Uttar Pradesh PWD minister Surendra Patel slapped a boy and was heard cursing a crowd that had gathered at his residence to receive blankets being distributed by the government.

As the news about blanket distribution spread, a large number of people assembled at Patel’s residence in Rajatalab area on Sunday.

But as the supply of blankets exhausted, the crowd became restive and Patel’s security guards and private staff had a tough time controlling it.

Danda lao. Maro salo ko (Beat them with sticks),” Patel swore at the crowd, while asking his security personnel to beat them up with sticks.
