Usha Narayanan has taken charge as Executive Director of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Narayanan will be in charge of Corporation Finance Department and Investment Management Department - Division of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Custodians, SEBI said in a release in Mumbai on Monday.
