Yatra to the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi is proceeding smoothly via all three routes, including Sanjichhat-Bhawan, Adhkwari-Bhawan and Sanjichhat-Bhairon temple track.
Responding to the queries of intending pilgrims from various parts of the country in regard to the pilgrimage, chief executive officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Mandeep Bhandari, on Saturday, emphatically clarified that yatra to the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine is progressing smoothly via all three routes.
He informed that Jammu-Katra road was open and traffic was plying normally. Similarly, train services were also operating up to Katra as usual.
He clarified that helicopter services between Katra and Sanjichhat and battery car service between Adhkwari and Bhawan were also operating normally. He informed pilgrims could plan their pilgrimage as per their convenience and there was no difficulty, whatsoever, on any account in undertaking the yatra.
