• Establishment of a civil court in the constituency
• Construction and repair of 120 km length of road network in the area
• 50 bed hospital opened in the region
• Upgraded upper primary schools and secondary schools to promote education
What he did not

• The claims of power reforms aside, to this day, the people are not getting the eight hour power supply promised by the government.
• The road connectivity is nothing to cheer about. The MLA has not spent anything out of his quota fund for the improvement in road network.
The biggest disappointment for the region was the shifting of the location for the Rajasthan AIIMS project to Jodhpur, the Chief Minister’s constituency. The multi-facility hospital was meant for Udaipur but Shaktawat’s standing has failed to stop the move.
