Japanese electronics giant Sony has announced a new range of cutting-edge walkman systems earlier this month, with enhanced features like visible lyrics to a song and a sing-along karaoke facility. “Singing can be a source of power and it's fun to sing along and listen to music with the lyrics,” said Hisatsugu Nakamuta, head of overseas marketing for Sony. The karaoke function may take a while before it hits the domestic market though.
