A Rs 500 crore programme for displaced Kashmiri migrants will be started soon, finance minister Arun Jaitley said on Thursday.
"Programme for displaced Kashmiri migrants with Rs 500 crore to be started," Jaitley said while presenting his maiden budget 2014.
