"It was nothing but to create sensation," Singh Congress general secretary told reporters in Jamshedpur.

He also doubted the authenticity of the Wikileaks disclosure.

Singh arrived Jamshedpur on Friday to take part in Tata Steel's function at Noamundi in West Singhbhum district on Saturday.
