"We are in the process of forming a political outfit very soon to contest assembly elections in Haryana. We will contest to the best of our ability. I want to ensure that people's issues, which I came across during my public contact programme are taken to a logical conclusion. That will be our poll plank," the former minister said.

On being asked about the possibilities of a fresh political alignment, Sharma said there were always possibilities and vice versa. "However, in a political process the future cannot be predicted with certainty. As of now, I have no plans of joining or aligning with anyone since I am in the process of forming my own political party. But in politics one can never say what's going to happen after five years."
