Guava is a fruit that is available in winters. It not only tastes good, but it also has a number of health benefits, too. Nutritionist Ishi Khosla lists some of them:

Guava is a rich source of Vitamin C. Thus, it is a good immunity booster.

It has high antioxidant properties and it acts as a natural detoxifier.

It’s a myth that eating guava in winters triggers cold.

If eaten in raw form, it provides relief from stomach ailments and gastric troubles.

Enriched with folic acid, guava is good for pregnant women.
