Wipro's Q4 profit rises by 30 per cent

The net profit of the Bangalore-based company has crossed Rs 10,000 crore mark to reach Rs 10,626 crore.

Software major Wipro on Wednesday reported a net profit of Rs 2,067 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006, a 27 per cent increase over the previous fiscal.

The Bangalore-based company said its revenues shot up by 30 per cent over the previous year, crossing Rs 10,000 crore mark to reach Rs 10,626 crore.
