CSP Dilip Soni informed that Krishna Malviya, who is a resident of Ratlam, had come to stay with her relative at Bhagirathpura. Nearby lived Rosy and her two sons.

They invited Krishna to their house and she stayed there for a few
days during which they told her to convert to Christianity and when Krishna refused one of her sons misbehaved with her.

With the help of some members of the saffron brigade she approached the police who registered a case against Rosy and her two sons and arrested them. Rosy had been arrested on similar charges some four years back.
