Women PCRs to be doubled in state

The Haryana government has decided to double the number of women police control rooms (PCRs) in the state.

The Haryana government has decided to double the number of women police control rooms (PCRs) in the state.

Women Rapid Action Force of 200 women constables would also be constituted for the purpose.
A police spokesperson said that a battalion of women Rapid Action Force (RAF) had been deputed in Hisar range. "Also, 55 women master trainers have been appointed to impart self-defence training to girl students in schools and colleges," the spokesperson added.
