WESTERN RAILWAYS will introduce special weekly trains on the Ahmedabad-Varanasi and Jaipur-Pune route during the coming summers vacations.
The special 0955 Ahmedabad-Varanasi train would run on April 21 and 28, May 5, 12, 19 and 26 and June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. This train would start at 1.35 pm on Friday from Ahmedabad and reach Varanasi at 6.20 am on Sunday via Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota and Allahabad.
Similarly the 0956 Varanasi-Ahmedabad weekly train would run on April 23 and 30, May 7, 14, 21 and 28, June 4, 11, 18 and 25 and July 2. It would start from Varanasi at 10.00 pm and reach Ahmedabad at 4.10 am on Tuesday via Kota, Ratlam and Vadodara. The train would consist of eight class II sleeper coaches, six general coaches and one AC three-tier coach.
The special 0988 Jaipur-Pune train would run on April 9, 16, 23 and 30, May 7, 14, 21 and 28, June 4, 11, 18 and 25 and July 2. This train would start at 9.00 am from Jaipur and reach Pune at 8.10 am the next day. Similarly the 0987 Pune-Jaipur train would run on April 10, 17 and 24, May 1, 3, 15, 21 and 29, June 5, 17, 19 and 26 and July 3.
It would start from Pune at 7.40 pm on Mondays and reach Jaipur at 7.00 pm the next day. These trains would have two AC three-tier, one AC two-tier, nine II class sleeper and five general bogies.
