Ever since Mayawati made a clean sweep in the UP elections, power seems to have gone to her head. Reports that she wants to convert an official bungalow into a memorial for Kanshi Ram were disturbing enough, without her fresh attempt at demolishing a sports complex to expand Ambedkar park. Her goal should be to generate jobs for the poor people of UP who are migrating to other states.
