The state government has transferred Yamnua Expressway Industrial Development Authority CEO Santosh Kumar Dwivedi. He has been replaced by Pratapgarh district magistrate Pandhari Yadav. Dwivedi will now be additional commissioner, entertainment tax department.

This is the second such reshuffle after the Allahabad High Court set aside acquisition of about 600 hectares of land in village Patwari in Greater Noida on July 19. The Supreme Court on July 6 upheld an Allahabad High Court order to set aside forcible acquisition of 156 hectares of land in village Shahberi in Greater Noida.
Farmers in Yamuna Expressway pockets have also been protesting against land acquisition.
