Sameer did not reveal his real identity to Bhavna and they had an affair going. Yesterday, Bhavna’s younger brother was getting married and a dance programme was going on.

Both the girls went missing at around midnight, and even though the parents of the girls suspected that they had run away with Sameer, they lodged a missing persons report at the Sanyogitaganj police station.

The parents of the two girls also informed the members of the saffron brigade and they spread out keeping tabs in areas where young couples get married.

At around 4.30 pm they were spotted at the Arya Samaj temple in Bhagirathpura area and all three were caught and brought to the police post.

Here a large number of members of the saffron brigade had gathered and they bashed up Sameer, though police are now saying that the injuries occurred when he fought with the police.
