"In compliance to the Centre's "navjat sishu suraksha yojna", the state medical and health department has initiated the vaccination against measles first, then BCG immunisation drive, which is dangerous and may prove fatal, if precautions are not administered now," Dr SS Agarwal, party's national head of medical cell, told reporters in Jaipur.

A poster depicting vaccination and immunisation plan was released by the union Health Minister Gulam Nabi Azad, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, and state counterpart Durru Miyan at a five star hotel on September 15, he said, containing year wise plan for the post natal vaccination was erroneous and did not follow standards laid by the WHO and Indian Medical Council.

Timing and duration for measles and BCG have been reversed in the poster and its implementation by the health department in the state was evident from several camps it organised in parts of Rajasthan, he alleged.
