Rajasthan CLP issues whip to MLAs

The Congress Legislature Party in Rajasthan issues a whip to its MLAs asking them to attend a meeting in Jaipur on July 11 to be addressed by UPA-Left nominee Pratibha Patil.

The Congress Legislature Party in Rajasthan on Monday issued a whip to its MLAs asking them to attend a meeting in Jaipur on July 11 to be addressed by UPA-Left nominee Pratibha Patil.

Patil would address the meeting and every MLA should attend it, CLP leader Ramnarayan Choudhary said in a statement.

Patil was to arrive the state capital on Monday but due to the former prime minister Chandra Shekhar's death, she postponed her visit.
