Kingfisher flight makes emergency landing

A Delhi-Bangkok Kingfisher Airlines flight made an emergency landing at the NSC Bose International Airport, Kolkata, this morning due to a technical snag, officials said.

The plane made a safe landing at around 4am, they said.

According to TV reports, the emergency landing was made after windscreen of the flight cracked mid-air.

All 146 passengers have been accommodated in an 11am flight of the airline.
