"The memorandum has details of the attacks carried out on our party workers and offices after the May 13 assembly election," opposition leader Surjya Kanta Mishra said.

He said since May 13, more than a dozen people had been killed and over 425 injured in clashes.

"They all belong to our party. There have been instances when the injured have been denied treatment in hospitals just because they are Left Front supporters," he said.

"Those injured include sitting and former legislators. Even women have not been spared. There are incidents where women have been sexually assaulted," said Mishra.
