Shah Rukh Khan evades questions on ED grilling

Shah Rukh Khan, who was quizzed by the Enforcement Directorate on Saturday in connection with alleged irregularities in IPL-2, today evaded questions on the topic.

Shah Rukh Khan, who was quizzed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday in connection with alleged irregularities in IPL-2, on Thursday evaded questions on the topic.

"I will not answer any more questions now. I have come here for the film festival," Khan told reporters when asked about ED questioning him.

The 46-year-old actor, who is also the owner of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders, was in the city to to inagurate the eight-day Kolkata Film Festival.

There have been allegations of ill-gotten money flowing into the T-20 tournament from foreign tax havens.

ED sources said that Khan has been asked to submit documents relating to the buying of players, advertising, profit and loss and share holding pattern of his franchise to the agency in two weeks.
