Case filed in HC against Robert Vadra

The Allahabad high court on Thursday sought a response from the Centre within three weeks on a petition seeking a probe into the allegations of financial impropriety made against Robert Vadra by activist-turned-politician Arvind Kejriwal.

The Allahabad high court on Thursday sought a response from the Centre within three weeks on a petition seeking a probe into the allegations of financial impropriety made against Robert Vadra by activist-turned-politician Arvind Kejriwal.

The PIL, by social activist Nutan Thakur, seeks directions to the PMO to consider an inquiry by an independent agency. Thakur has also sent a written request to the PM. The next hearing is on November 11.
