Cong to stage demonstration in UP

Congress has decided to stage demonstrations at all district headquarters on July 4 to protest shortage of water and power in Uttar Pradesh and to highlight the alleged failure of the state government in this front.

"We have decided to hold demonstrations at all district headquarters across the state to protest the state government's failure to ensure proper supply of water and power to common man", PCC President Rita Bahuguna Joshi said in Lucknow.

She charged the state government had failed to come upto the expectations of the people.
