The LMC have lodged FIRs against Rai coaching, Akash Institute and Career Launcher for placing their advertisements but are yet to take action against advertisers who have violated the norms and caused loss of several crores to the LMC exchequer.

The action has come after Azam Khan reprimanded the LMC for their inaction towards the number of advertisements pasted on signboards, electricity poles, dividers and hoardings at every crossing during his visit of Hazratganj to Chowk.
