A trader and his associate are shot and robbed of cash and jewellery worth Rs 20 lakhs.

A trader and his associate were shot and robbed of cash and jewellery worth Rs 20 lakhs, police sources said on Saturday.

The incident took place last night at the IT College Crossing and both the injured were rushed to the medical college hospital in Lucknow in a serious condition, police added.
