Long queues were seen outside banks in the city as the banks opened after three days on Tuesday. The banks were shut because of the weekend, followed by Eid-e-milad on Monday.

People were seen standing in line at around 8.30am to withdraw money. Queues were seen outside banks and some ATM kiosks in Wadala, Sion, Parel, Kandivli and in the western suburbs in the city.
