MUMBAI: A 25-year-old undertrial escaped from JJ Hospital with her three-year-old daughter who was undergoing medical treatment. The woman identified as Zubaida Khatton was jailed in a kidnapping case. Following the incident, a case was registered with the JJ Marg police under resistance charge of the IPC. This led to the suspension of the three constables who were in charge of taking her to JJ Hospital and keeping an eye on her.
