MUMBAI: The Bombay high court will start the cross-examination of Jaidev Thackeray, the estranged son of the late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray, from July 18. Jaidev has filed a suit, challenging the validity of his father’s will claiming that he was of an unsound mind at the time the will was finalised and that his brother and Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray had influenced his father.
