MUMBAI: The magistrate court on Wednesday refused to extend the police custody of Islamic Research Foundation’s (IRF) guest relation officer Arshi Qureshi from Navi Mumbai and Kalyan-based maulvi Rizwan Khan. It also refused to grant police the custody of Mohammed Haneef, the maulavi from Kerala.
