MUMBAI: The magistrate court on Saturday extended the police custody of Pujit Aggarwal, managing director and chief executive officer of developer firm Orbit Corporation, till October 6. Aggarwal was arrested for cheating a financial firm of more than Rs50 crore. The Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai police had sought the extension as they are still investigating the involvement of other directors and subsidiary companies in the scam.
