A driving lesson involving a minor turned into tragedy after a car fell from a second-floor parking lot at Nagpada on Wednesday. The 14-year-old boy, who was being taught by his family’s driver, accidentally stepped on the accelerator, and drove his father’s Toyota Etios into the building’s lift shaft. The car came crashing down, killing the two instantly.

According to the police, Mohammad Hafiz Patel was being taught the basics of driving by Mohammad Javed, 32, around noon at Iqbal Height at Madanpura.
