25-yr-old hangs self in Gorai

A 25-year-old man was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his Gorai residence on Saturday night. A suicide note found in his shirt pocket said: “I am responsible for my own actions and nobody is accountable for my death.”

A 25-year-old man was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his Gorai residence on Saturday night. A suicide note found in his shirt pocket said: “I am responsible for my own actions and nobody is accountable for my death.”

The deceased, identified as Bhushan Bhadwalkar (25), was alone at home at the time of the incident. Police Sub Inspector Mahajan said: “When his mother returned around 9 pm, she found her son hanging in his room. She informed her husband Dattatrey and then the police about the incident.”

Bhadwalkar’s mother Megha, who is a housewife, told the police her son had studied till Class 12 and had been looking for a job.

“He was very frustrated and tensed due to unemployment,” his mother told the police. Bhadwalkar’s body was sent to Bhagwati Hospital for a post mortem. The Borivli police have registered a case of accidental death.
