These projects will create 31,370 low-cost homes, 8,425 in Kannamwar Nagar and 22,945 in Tagore Nagar.
Amarjeet Singh Manhas, chairman of Mhada’s Mumbai Board, told Hindustan Times that this was the best opportunity for creating a stock of good-quality, low-cost homes. “We will float a global tender to pick the best of contractors to execute the project.”
