Bhojpuri actor Raja Choudhary was served an externment notice on Tuesday ordering him to stay out of city limits for a year.

According to Malad police the actor has already left the city. Choudhary, who has several cases filed against him, had been out on bail.
“We have sent an externment notice to Raja Choudhary, asking him to leave the city,” said deputy commissioner of police Mahesh Patil.
The police gave Choudhary two days to leave the city after serving him the notice. Senior inspector of Malad police station A Jadhav said, “If he returns, he will be arrested under section 142 of Bombay Police Act.”
After several complaints were registered against the actor, the police had earlier issued a show-cause notice to Choudhary asking him why he should not be externed, to which his lawyer replied adequately. However, Choudhary continued to have run-ins with the law, leading finally to the externment notice.
