Two unclaimed cans inside the general compartment of the New Delhi-Puri Purushottam Express caused a bomb scare on Friday night.
The unclaimed objects were found inside the train at Kotshila railway station, about 50 km from here, in Kharagpur-Tatanagar section of South Eastern Railway, railway sources said.

The 2803 Purushottam Express left for its destination Puri after being detained at Kotshila for over two hours with the general compartment, where the two unclaimed objects were found, detached and taken to a secluded rail yard.
