The association said that in this time of crisis, it was with the airline and offered its assistance in the rescue operations.

"The All India Cabin Crew Association is deeply saddened by the news, and on behalf of our President and Member of Parliament, Bharat Kumar Raut and all our 2,300 cabin crew members of NACIL, we offer our sincerest condolences to the families of the passengers, cabin crew and pilots who lost their lives in this accident," the Association said.

"We offer our assistance in this situation, as we hope for more survivors and pray for the souls of the departed," it said.
