The box of onions sent by MNS activists to chief minister Prithiviraj Chavan’s wife Satvasheela to highlight the exorbitant cost of this item was not accepted.
“They returned the onions to us,” said Chetan Pednekar, vice president, MNS students wing. “We only wanted to showcase the problems caused to the common man by this price rise,” Pednekar said.
