Meher Master-Moos, president of the college, had said the police was hand-in-glove and demanded a CBI inquiry. The court has asked the Sanjan police to file a report defending its stance by June 27.
“We are happy that what we wanted has been granted to us,” said advocate Bapoo Malcolm representing Master-Moos and the Russian, Mikhail Chistyakov.
