A fire broke out in a scrap warehouse in northeast Mumbai's Mankhurd area early on Friday morning but there was no human casualties in the incident.
Eight fire tenders rushed to the spot to battle the blaze, which broke out at 4.50 am., disaster control officials said.

The fire has been brought under control, but the cause of the blaze was not immediately known.
