A month ago, the public relations executive would have rushed to his laptop after food while his family continued to eat. Qureshi is trying to strike the right work-life balance under the guidance of experts at the lifestyle management clinic at P.D. Hinduja Hospital in Mahim, which opened in June. “I was always tense and realised that this would ruin my health so I sought advice,” he said.

Sceptics say this expensive advice is just packaged common sense. But many people clearly value an outside view. Qureshi is among 15 executives who have enrolled at the clinic. Many others have joined Clinoma Healthcare that opened last month in Tardeo.
