Vice-chairman and managing director of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Satish Gavai will now be principal secretary, social welfare department. He replaced Kishor Gajbhiye who resigned from the IAS a month ago but has decided to withdraw his resignation.
Transport Commissioner Deepak Kapoor will be the new MSRDC managing director. Dilip Jadhav has replaced Kapoor.
Dinesh Waghmare, who was secretary of Vidarbha Development Board, was shifted as Amravati’s divisional commissioner in place of Rajgopal Deora, who will be the new cooperative commissioner.
Sanjay Sethi, secretary of state electricity regulatory commission, will be the new industry commissioner.
